Classical team building survival games transformed into a
highly engaging digital version.
Team building survival games are not about survival of the fittest, but survival of teams demonstrating collaborative problem solving. Participants are thrown into challenging situations where the chances of ‘survival’ depend on their ability to rank salvaged items in relative order of importance.
This requires no subject matter expertise, but people’s ability to synergise, cooperate and arrive at consensus. By having team members complete the exercise individually and then as a team, the difference between the individual solutions and the team’s solution can be identified. This becomes a real measure of the group’s ability to perform as a team.

Survival in the Ocean
Friends take a chartered yacht for a holiday trip of a lifetime across the Atlantic Ocean. Unfortunately in mid Atlantic a fierce fire breaks out and most of the yacht is destroyed and is slowly sinking.
The location is unclear because vital navigational and radio equipment have been damaged in the fire. The best estimate is that the yacht is many hundreds of miles from the nearest land.
Fortunately, 15 items are salvaged. The objective is to rank the items correctly to improve your survival chances until rescue comes.
Survival in the Desert
Survival in the Arctic
A group of explorers are on an expedition in the Arctic. Due to a heavy storm, everything is disrupted, and all exit points are blocked. Weather conditions are very uncertain, and no one knows how long it will take them to reach their destination. They have access to some goods and the challenge is for the participants to rank the goods in order of importance for survival in the Arctic.
In doing so, participants will have the opportunity to discuss options, share ideas and debate, before they come to an agreement.
