About Gaminar
Facilitator-led learning, kept human, made runnable
We believe facilitator-led, multi-player learning experiences are unmatched and irreplaceable. Gaminar exists so that a facilitator — one person with a laptop — can deliver that experience to a room, a video call, or both at once, without a production team behind them.
Driving engagement is hard when participants sit behind screens, and a session that doesn't engage rarely meets its learning objectives. Polls, chats and Q&A help a little. A game people are genuinely trying to win changes the energy of the whole room — and gives the debrief something real to work with.
Gaminar started in Dubai in 2020 and is run by Human Development Solutions DMCC. Our games are used by trainers and coaches in more than twenty languages, from one-to-one coaching with picture cards to thousand-person escape rooms.
