No licence, no seats, no minimum. A game costs a few dollars per participant who actually joins, and practising is free. Everything below is just a way to prepay that.

Practising is free. Always.
A session with 1 or 2 participants never costs a credit — not the first time, not the fiftieth. We assume a group that small is you rehearsing, or showing a client what the game looks like, and we don't charge for that. Run the whole game from start to finish, break it, reset it, do it again tomorrow.
New accounts also start with 100 free credits — a real first session with a small team, before you spend anything.

One conference session with 200 people would be $1,600 paid per participant. The Unlock plan is $475 and covers that session and every other one for a year, up to 2,000 participants each. Big groups are exactly when the year is worth buying.
Plans and bundles are bought inside your account, after you sign up — so you can try the games first. Renew any time in the last 90 days.
How credits work
One credit is $1. A participant who joins costs 3 or 8 credits depending on the game, so you can top up by any amount you like. Buying a bigger pack costs a little less per credit.

How do credits work?
Each game costs a fixed number of credits per participant who actually joins: 3 for Expressive, 8 for Unlock and Ranking. A 20-person Unlock session costs 160 credits. Sessions with 2 or fewer participants are free.
Do credits expire?
Credits stay on your account until you use them; check the terms for the current policy.
Is there a subscription?
Optional. If you run one game often, buy the year instead: unlimited sessions of that game for twelve months and unlimited facilitators. $275 for Expressive, $475 for Unlock or Ranking. The Trio Bundle covers all three for $750, and the Gaminar Bundle covers all six for $1,200. Plans are bought inside your account, after you have tried the games.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, inside your account. You get an invoice for every purchase.
