This policy applies to our processing of personal data collected through any means, actively as well as passively, online as well as offline, from persons located anywhere in the world.
Generally, Gaminar.net will be guided by the following principles when processing personal data:

Our website, sign-up and forms
gaminar.net and the Gaminar app use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages help people get started. It sets cookies in your browser. We do not send your name or your email address to Google Analytics.
When you create an account, we store which gaminar.net page and button you came from, the first page of your visit, and the website that sent you there (a search engine, for example). We use this only to learn which pages help people get started.
When you write to us through the contact, bespoke or waitlist forms, we keep your name, email address and message so that we can answer you. A waitlist entry is used only to tell you when that game is available again. These details are kept in our customer records and in Brevo, the service we use to send email.
You can ask us at any time to show you or delete any of this.
As a general principle, we process personal data in order to facilitate or improve the Gaminar.net offerings and services to you.
You may always contact us to review and update personal data that we may have stored about you. Please note that prior to accessing and making changes to your account, we must verify your identity properly.
Access to a number of Gaminar.net services is protected by access restrictions based on username and password. It is important that you always choose a strong, secure password, and protect your password against disclosure.
