Teams find the right order of a set of images they can describe but not show. Play it as Unlock (find the sequence, then beat your own score), as Pixtory (each person holds one picture of a story), or with your own images.
Just as a puzzle is complete when the right pieces interlock, Unlock is complete when participants find the sequence of a set of images and put them in the right order. Teams that communicate and collaborate reach the goal; teams that assume, don't.
In Pixtory mode, each participant is given one image from a bigger picture and can only describe it. By listening, questioning and validating, the group discovers the story — the fastest way to see how people really communicate. Multiple rounds let teams reflect, plan and execute better each time, and the live scoreboard shows it.
Either mode runs on your own images too, so the same mechanic can be about your product, your process or your values.
