Teams search a 15 × 15 grid for diamonds with limited moves and incomplete information. Prioritise, test hypotheses and communicate, or dig in the wrong place.
Diamonds is an engaging, fast-paced team strategy game that focuses on important team processes: selecting and prioritising information, making decisions on insufficient data, communicating, and creating test scenarios to validate hypotheses.
Teams choose every move carefully while they search a 15 by 15 field for diamonds: exploring a slot costs 1,000 and mining it 2,000. Between stages a leaderboard ranks the teams by money, but the objective is the wealth of the community, and that changes the last stage.
